CEO
Leads the company's build-up toward operational readiness, with responsibility for execution, organisation, and industrial delivery. 35 years scaling operations and service businesses with resource and personnel and budget responsibility including the entire Norwegian Air Force, Waba/Smart Retur, Adecco transport/logistics, and Barona recruitment.
Overall legal and administrative responsibilities for personnel and budgets. Assumes factory and site responsibility from Commercial Operations Date (COD).
Ola Andersson
Site & Build Director
Leads site development, local implementation, permitting coordination, and factory build preparation, and society liaise in Billingsfors.
Signee and project contact in Swedish funding applications and authorities. Handover of factory and site responsibility to CEO upon COD.
Alexey Zhutyaev
Commercial Director
Leads product quality specification, feedstock allocation, offtake sales and distribution, and commercial market development, with responsibility for securing industrial counterparties and building predictable input and output flows.
20+ years in chemical and materials flows and lead of pyrolysis R&D projects with Borealis.
Kenneth Winther
Business Development Director
Leads industrial architecture, business development and the structured progression from concept to investment-ready industrial project and growth pathways. Industrial transformation, innovation and growth projects for Equinor, Statkraft, AGA/Linde, Circle K, British Telecom, TINE, and 30+ more.
Geir Jakobsen
Chair of the Board of Directors
Provides board leadership. Background includes construction, recycling, and energy-related industrial development, including work linked to scaling waste-to-value and clean-fuel initiatives. Lead development of Depo Solutions pyrolysis to Clean Diesel and participation in TreaSource EU Horizon pyrolysis project with 17 partners across borders.
