CEO
Leads operational readiness, organisation and industrial execution. Brings 35 years of experience scaling operations and service businesses, including roles connected to the Norwegian Air Force, Waba/Smart Retur, Adecco transport and logistics, and Barona. Assumes factory and site responsibility from commercial operation.
Site & Build Director
Leads site development, local implementation, permitting coordination and factory build preparation in Billingsfors. Coordinates dialogue with Swedish authorities, funding applications and the local community, with site handover to the CEO at commercial operation.
Commercial Director
Leads product specifications, feedstock allocation, offtake sales, distribution and commercial market development. Brings more than 20 years in chemical and materials flows, including leadership of pyrolysis research and development projects with Borealis.
Business Development Director
Leads industrial architecture, business development and the path from concept to investment readiness. Brings 20 years of industrial transformation, innovation and growth work for organisations including Equinor, Statkraft, AGA/Linde, Circle K, British Telecom and TINE.
Chair of the Board of Directors
Provides board leadership with experience in construction, recycling and energy-related industrial development. His background includes Depo Solutions’ pyrolysis-to-clean-diesel development and participation in the TreaSource EU Horizon pyrolysis project.
